Most believers want to serve. Most believers know they should serve. But many people don't know how they can best serve. That is the purpose of our Network ministry.
Network has been created to assist you in the identification of your God-given passion, spiritual gifts, and personal style, so that you can make your unique contribution in a meaningful place of service. The Network ministry is committed to the right people in the right places for the right reasons. There is a three-step process to accomplish this: Discovery Sessions, Consultation, and Service.
Network's Discovery sessions have been carefully designed to help you better understand who God has made you to be. Discover the purpose of your unique role within it. You'll discover:
- Your God-given passion: Indicates where you should serve!
- Your God-given spiritual gifts: Indicates what you should do!
- Your God-given personal style: Indicates how you should serve!
Together, they indicate your Servant Profile and what you do best in the body of Christ.
After the Discovery sessions, you'll have the opportunity to visit with a trained Network consultant. That person will assist you in connecting who God made you to be with appropriate ministry needs and opportunities in the church or community.
Finally, there's service. We have been told in Galatians 5:13 to "serve
one another through love." Service for the believer is not optional.
