Delmar provides biblical theological education for pastors, lay leaders, church planters and missionaries of Hispanic churches. He is well suited to the task. He and Marjorie served as missionaries in Argentina for 13 years, and Delmar pastored a Hispanic church in Minneapolis for 23 years.
