ChristCare Groups

ChristCare groups are "circles of care with Christ at the center." Each group engages in community-building and care, biblical equipping, prayer and worship, and missional service. |
There are two ways to sign up to become part of a ChristCare group.
- Print out the pdf version of the ChristCare Member Information form, fill it out, and drop it off in the ChristCare box in the upper set of mailboxes in the church office.
- You can use this version of the PDF form in your browser. Print and bring to the church office (we don't have online submission simply because of the number of potential meeting times).
